Absolutely good job but it came and charger adapter didn’t work overall good job
This is exactly as I wanted. Well made. I love it.
The service was very good up until I paid for the signs. I then received no purchase confirmation or delivery information, I was getting worried about the signs I had just paid £550 for. However, eventually the signs arrived, one of them was fine, however there was a mistake in the 2nd one. An extra space had been added into my business name, making the sign un-usable.
When I tried to get back in touch with CreateNeon to report the problem I could not get in touch with anyone. There does not seem to be a proper customer support channel. I emailed various addresses, some of which bounced back, and the others I did not receive any reply on. The only way I could get any response was to contact CreateNeon using the initial customer enquiry/form on their website - which I had used the first time to start the ordering process for the signs I needed. This is a very clumsy way to deal with customers and does not feel trustworthy or acceptable for an expensive product. I paid over £500 and expect a trustworthy selling experience and follow-up customer support.
They eventually replied to me through this form and I explained the problem again. Ayesha agree'd that the sign was incorrect and that they would send a new one. Following this I expected an email or some follow-up to confirm that the problem would be resolved but I received nothing.
I'm still waiting for the dispatch/tracking information I was promised weeks ago. I manged to contact Ayesha again today who said that the signs had been shipped two days ago. She said she would email me the tracking details. I have still not received this. When I asked where the signs were shipping from she said "overseas". This seems quite strange since the website has an UK address of WAREHAM ROAD, POOLE, DORSET, BH16 6FA, UK.
I ordered from this site because it looked like they had a UK manufacturing & shipping base, but it does not seem to be the case. The other strange issue is that the signs came with European wall plugs, not UK plugs. I have had to request two UK plugs as well as a correct sign. Do to the very bad communication so far, I'm quite concerned about actually receiving this.
I wrote a TrustPilot Reivew last week, and got a call from the company on the same day, saying they were processing a a new sign, and asked me to take down the review. At the time I thought this may have been legitimate so I took down the review, but again I did not hear anything from this after this.
This review will stay here until I receive a new sign. Very disappointing service for £550 worth of signs. I'm a self-employed small business, I just started up this year, so this is a big cost for me and my business. I'm hoping all of this will be resloved soon, however I'm not impressed with the service so far.
The signs seem to be quite good quality, but the poor customer service, lack of communication and error in the sign that was sent, is leaving a very poor impression.

We ordered two fairly large neon signs to be used on a catering truck, the delivery was quick and the quality seems great.
Really pleased with the results, the sign looks exactly like the mock up. It’s being used in a street food truck and really sets off the design.
Very happy with the quality of neon, and the design. Maybe not the communication as that's the only reason why I gave it 4, but rest is good
I've been wanting a custom made sign for sometime and found CreateNeon. The design was spot on, the colours were perfect and the delivery was super quick.
I do like the sign but couldn't give it 4 or 5 starts because the aspect ratio of the sign is way off compared with the mock up I was sent. I got our company logo made up and in the mock up it looked 100% right but on the actual sign it is slightly squished looking. There were also missing parts in my fixing kit so I've still not got round to putting it up. Maybe I'll like it more when it's on the wall...
